2013 Hockey Registration Information and Form1

First time registered players must provide copy of birth certificate and Alberta Health Care and provide copy of Certificate of Completion for the MANDATORY Respect in Sport Online Module with their registration form.

Players who have moved to Peace River from another association must complete the Parent Declaration form and submit with the registration form.

All forms are under the "Forms" tab on the home page.

Deadline to register is Thursday, June 27, 2013.

2013 University of Alberta Hockey School Registration Form

Deadline to register is August 1, 2013.  After this date, if spaces are available, a $25.00 late fee will be charged.

Register early to avoid disappointment. 

2013 Above the Crease Goaltender Clinic Registration Form

Deadline to register is August 16, 2013.  After this date non-PRMHA goalies will be accepted for a fee of $200.00.

2013 Power Skating Registration Form

Register early to avoid disappointment  Only 30 spots in Atom and Pee Wee Divisions and a combined Bantam/Midget division.

Registration deadline is August 16, 2013 - registrations postmarked or received after this date will be charged an additional $25.00 late fee.
