2012 University of Alberta Hockey School Registration Form
Camp dates are August 20 - 24, 2012        Camp fees vary per division        
Deadline to register is August 1, 2012.        Late fees apply after registration deadline date.

2012 Above The Crease Goaltender Clinic Registration Form        
Clinic dates are August 25 & 26, 2012        PRMHA Goalies No Charge           
Deadline to register is August 17, 2012       NON PRMHA Goalies - $200.00 fee if space available.

2012 Power Skating Registration Form                                  
Camp dates are August 27 - 30, 2012        $75.00 per player                      
Deadline to register is August 17, 2012       Late fees apply after registration deadline date.

2012 Hockey Registration and Information Form                        
Deadline to register is June 30, 2012 for current PRMHA registered players.  $150.00 late fee per player applies
after registration deadline date.

The Coaches Application for the 2011-2012 season has been emailed
to all families registered for the upcoming hockey season.
